The story begins with a Grade II Listed Manor House in Oxfordshire. Prior to the listing, the Manor House had suffered from several rounds of alterations throughout the 1970s and 1980s. The new owners wanted to restore some of the original charm of the property and to provide much needed, flexible accommodation by converting an existing Bakehouse, Grain Store and Stables.
